We accept credit cards as well as bitcoin, CashApp, Venmo, cash and check.
How are your cleaning prices determined?
Our cleaning prices are determined by the type of clean that you want, the number of square feet your home is, the number of bedrooms and baths, and if you have any pets. The initial price could change upon arrival depending on the condition of the home, but this is rare.
Can I reschedule if I need to?
We ask that you contact us 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule. If not, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Is there anything I need to do before the housekeepers arrive?
There is nothing you need to do before our arrival. Some of our customers like to pick up around the house before the maids arrive.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us 48 hours prior to your originally scheduled cleaning appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

We are bonded and insured as well as certified by the BBB.
What happens if something in my home breaks?
At the rare occurrence that something breaks in your home, please contact us to remedy the situation. We will replace the item, pay, or submit a claim.
